I will fill out and return a post-event survey reporting my earnings during the event.

Supplies *

I will bring a tent and four 10-pound (or heavier) weights. I understand that no supplies are provided and I must bring everything I need for the event.

Parking *

I understand that my vehicle can be parked on Nicollet only during move-in/out times. I will park elsewhere at my own expense during event hours.

Attendance *

I commit to participating on Wednesday, September 12. My booth will be set up and ready for business from 10:30 AM-2:30 PM.

Commitment *

I understand that if I fail to attend or comply with any of the above, I waive my right to participate in any future Scuttlebug LLC events.
